Come race KC Timber Challenge, the only permanent obstacle course racing venue in the Midwest. They have around six epic events each year with obstacle like zip line, car smash, devil steps, low rig and a ring rig that goes uphill around a corner. Our two favorites are the January Yeti event and the Fall OCR World Championships qualifying Xtreme Timber Challenge, but they are all a great time! Whether you are showing the next generation what OCR is all about (Family Timber Challenge), enjoying the classic course (KC Timber Challenge) or running the all female race (Wild Women Timber Challenge...men are allowed as long as they dress in female clothing). Young Lions
Come race the only OCR series exclusively for kids (ages 5-17). One mile, 10 legit obstacles and a whole lot of fun. Plus, most of the obstacles have tiered lanes so it will be enjoyable for your 16 year old as well as your 6 year old. Check their Facebook page for the latest discounts.
Warrior Rush 5K: Winter Soldier
Warrior Rush 5k: Winter Soldier is one of the only OCRs in the country in December. Race director Takis "TK" Kokkalas has brought his unique blend of strength and technical obstacles on the road and will be holding an event in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday, December 15th.
