Professionals

The athletes within Strength & Speed are not only athletes but they are also fitness professionals.  We've got a mix of athletic trainers, small business owners, physical therapists, nutritionist, OCR race owners, OCR build crew and published authors.  Fitness isn't just a hobby for Strength & Speed, it is a lifestyle.  Check out some of these fitness professionals and their personal brand below.

Nutritionist:  Luc Labonte

Luc Labonte is not only a Strength & Speed athlete but also a trained nutritionist.  As an OCR athlete, he understands the demands and requirements put on our athletes, which is why he also served as the official nutritionist for the Conquer The Gauntlet Pro Team for several years.


He is available for one on one client work via his Facebook page. 

Physical Therapist: William Shell

William Shell is not only an athlete and OCR race owner (for Mythic Race) but also a trained physical therapist.  He regularly answers questions with great detail in our private Facebook group making him an invaluable asset to the team.  As a former pro 300m runner and now an OCR athlete, his advice is garnered not only from professional education but also personal experience.  Currently he is not accepting private clients.

Personal Trainer: Jared Renyer

Jared is a personal trainer who specializes in strength training but also has personal experience in the OCR world.  As a certified Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he not only helps private clients but also works as a trainer for the United States Army.  He provides training advice from Special Operations soldiers, to combat infantrymen as well as non-combat arms professionals like mechanics or cooks.  He is also one of the go to sources of advice for S&S owner Evan Perperis' ultra-OCR charity events.

Physical Therapist: Kelly Williams

Kelly Williams is an elite OCR athlete and physical therapist.  Her skillset now has her working with Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC).  When not training our nation's heroes to fight she helps answer questions for the team in between competing in he own events at a very high level.  Currently she is not accepting private clients.
