Records

There's no official "Guinness Book of World Records" that's OCR specific.  In fact, Guinness doesn't even accept OCR records because there is too much variation in the courses making it hard to duplicate similar conditions (trust me, I've contacted them for some of my Ultra-OCR charity events).  However, based off how long the sport has been around, depth of knowledge in the OCR community and the longevity of some brands, I feel fairly confident these are accurate.  If not, let me know and I'll delete the record.
