Ultra-OCR Grand Slam 2017

In 2017, Strength & Speed owner Evan "Ultra-OCR Man" Perperis' big goal is to race every 24 hour Obstacle Course Race in the world.  The goal is not only to finish but to do well, hopefully reaching the podium or at least top ten.  This is in addition to a full racing schedule featuring everything from 5k OCRs to 8 hour OCRs.

1. November 12-13, 2016: World's Toughest Mudder near Las Vegas, NV
     Finished 8th

2. April 1-2: Terrain Racing Relay 24 near Phoenix, AZ

Finished 2nd as part of Team Strength & Speed

3. May 27-28: Dirt Runner’s Midwest Mayhem near Chicago, IL

      Finished 1st

4. June 10-11: True Grit Enduro 24 near Sydney, Australia

       Finished 10th

5. July 29-30: Shadow Run of Shale Hell in Benson, VT

      (Actual race occurred August 26-27)

Finished 1st* (*when compared to race results)

6. November 11-12:  World’s Toughest Mudder near Las Vegas, NV

Finished 2nd (2+ Team Category: Team Merrell)

Results were good enough for top 10 despite disadvantages of running as a team.
