S and Backwards S: The first S stands for Strength and the second S stands for Speed. They are arranged with one as a mirror image because most people view Strength & Speed as being traits that are often opposed to each other. It is hard to reach a balance where you are good at both. However, the hybrid athletes in our organization prove that just because it is hard, it is not impossible.

The Barbell: The barbell has several meanings, the first is it represents Strength. Although you can strength train through a variety of means, weights provide a means of measuring improvement through progressive training.  Finally, the barbell is one of the main representations of the fitness portion of our website.

The Wings: The wings have several meanings, the first is they represent Speed. Additionally, wings have been associated with speed for a long time from ancient statues with winged feet to our modern day symbol for Track & Field.  Finally, wings are representative of angels and link to our Christian based roots.

The Shield: The shield stands for two different things. On the fitness side it symbolizes injury prevention. By alternating between Strength & Speed phases of training, it helps create a more well rounded athlete that is less injury prone. On the overall Strength & Speed side, it represents our brand's interest in self defense (as shown in the fighting section of hte website).
